Our membership community consists of people from all over the world. It’s meant to foster a
community of curious, brave and collaborative explorers who are determined to live the No
Barriers Life. It’s for everyone who believes or wants to believe that What’s Within Us Is
Stronger Than What’s In Our Way.
What does my membership include?
It includes access to courses, virtual events, live events, a private membership discussion
group and more. Members will also receive discounts on other No Barriers programs.
Why do some courses say "Unlock"?
Your membership includes many free courses and a 50% discount on courses that are listed as "Unlock."
How do I cancel my membership?
If you navigate to your account page within your login site, you will be able to cancel your
membership.
How do I access your live events?
We offer weekly live events hosted on the Zoom platform. You’ll be able to access them
directly from your membership portal or via Zoom - whichever you prefer. We’ll post updates
to the membership community about upcoming events in three places: via email, on our private
Facebook group page and within the platform itself.
If you miss a live event, you can always find the recording of the event in your membership
platform.
Is the platform accessible?
We’ve done our best to make the platform and all of our offerings as accessible as possible.

How do I find other members of the community who share my background?
You can always post on our Private Facebook group to build your community. Starting in
August, we’ll begin adding sub communities directly into the platform including caregivers,
veterans, educators and corporate leaders. This will enable you to self-select into a category
and/or stay part of the broader community. Our sub-communities will have content specific to
them including custom discussion groups, courses and live events.
What is the Private Facebook group about and why Facebook?
The private Facebook group is only accessible to members of the No Barriers community. One
of the best parts about our community is our people. In our private community, you can make
connections with others, share ideas, ask for advice and much more.
We chose Facebook as our platform for communities because it is safe and secure and
commonly used by many members of our community. We wanted a place where people are
already regularly going for ongoing information and given the alternatives, this seemed like the
best way to achieve our objective of getting our community learning and growing together in a
social platform.
